I'm posting because I couldn't find a single thread where someone documented trying to go through all the different potential causes that I did and eliminate the static. @Mega-Gazz If you follow the guide's steps to toggle between PS5 and PS4 versions, you can go to the game hub for the PS4 game and stop that one from downloading. They need to fix this properly.
