Belated update for that one guy that'll inevitably find this thread in his desperate attempt to get hoi4 mods to update: the file downloaded was the mod, but manually downloaded mods need a bltadwin.ru folder to go with it for the manual install to work. 1. Download the bltadwin.ru archive, following one of these links ModDB page 2. Go to C:\Users\\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod If the 'mod' folder doesn't exist, create it 3. Place the contents of the downloaded bltadwin.ru archive into the mod folder. 4. so, whenever i download a mod and put it into my content and mod files (i like to download the mods manually) but it says its enabled when i launch hoi4, but when i get into the game, it doesn't work, it only worked once but it just completely stopped after the game crashed (UPDATE) i thought uploading the mods might work even though it says its already uploading it still lets me upload them.
